Reservations may be made by booking online, on our website, or by calling us directly at 435-272-4340 (property direct line) or 928-691-6471 (property owners cell phone), or by email.
We will need a credit card to confirm and book a reservation. After the booking process is complete you will be emailed a reservation confirmation. We ask that you review it and make sure everything is correct. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
Check In & Check Out-
Check in time between the hours of 3:00pm-8:00pm. You may arrange a later check in time by contacting us directly and informing us of the time you will be checking in.
Daily Check Out is at 12 noon. Please remember to the leave the key from your room, and let us know how you enjoyed your stay at Paria Sage Casitas.
The full amount for each reserved night will be charged for reservations cancelled 7 days or less prior to date of check in.
A 50% refund will be issued for reservations canceled more than 7 days of check in date.
A 100% refund will be issued for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
Each night booked at Paria Sage is inclusive of breakfast served at your casita. Please set up the time you would like your breakfast served upon check in. We are able to accommodate special dietary needs with advance notice. Breakfast is provided for 2 occupants. Extra charge for additional occupant.
Our Casitas are non-smoking and we ask that you please respectfully do not smoke inside of the casitas. Smoking inside of the casita will result an additional $200 cleaning fee.
Our casita rates are based on 2 occupants. We will allow for 1 additional adult, or 2 children. The 1 bedroom has a Queen size bed, while the living room offers a futon that will comfortably sleep 1 adult or 2 children.
We do love animals, however we are not able to accommodate pets. Please be respectful of our pet policy. If you do have a service animal, please advise us at time of check in
